GENERAL CONDITIONS Agri Experience in Nieuw-Vennep

Payment:

When reservations have been made, Agri Experience will send an invoice. Client is supposed to deposit 10% of the total amount of the total reservation, minimum € 50,--.
The rest of the amount will have to be paid 15 days before the start of the visit(s). When the amount is paid too late, Agri Experience is allowed to cancel the reservation.

Changes of programs:

Reservations can be changed if possible. Agri Experience will charge changing costs at a minimum of € 50,--.

Cancellation of farmvisits:

Cancellation until 14 days before start of the visit(s):
10% of the total amount, minimum € 50,--
Cancellation within 14 days before start of the visit(s):
100% of the total amount.

Cancellation of hotels, lunches and other program items:

When a booking is cancelled by the client:
Hotel/restaurant conditions will be preferential.
